Change Management Practitioner Program

The Change Management Practitioner Program will help teams to discover the transformation power of change and equips each team member with essential change management skills.

Change management ensures that changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently with minimal negative impact on the organization and its employees. This can involve changes in process, structures, systems, technology and culture.
Change management is important for an organization to stay competitive and adapt to changing environments. It helps to reduce resistance to change, increase acceptance and improve the chances of successful implementation.
Learning Outcomes
- Explain the ASPEC change management process.
- Apply the five phases of the ASPEC process: Analysis, Strategy, Plan, Execute and Complete.
- Use the tools/techniques for each phase to navigate a change management project.
Change Management Process
The ASPEC model provides a structured approach to change management, focusing on individual transitions within the broader organizational context. By addressing each element of ASPEC, we aim to enhance change adoption, minimize resistance, and maximize the overall success of the change initiative.
Program Format
- One-hour meeting with project lead to prepare for the program and process.
- Two-hour in-person or virtual workshop with your intact leadership team (and any other team members participating in the strategic planning process) to align on expectations of the process and project pre-work.
- Half-day to one-day in-person workshop where your team will learn about change management as a process and discuss project implementation.
- Three one-hour follow-up sessions to review change strategy, implementation of change plans and a lessons-learned session once the project is complete.
Location
The Program will be held at Enterprise Square and on location (if applicable).
