Booking + Rentals Information

Consider booking our specialty gaming spaces as part of your group event!

Process

1. Email ccr.gaming@ualberta.ca for your Group Booking inquiry.
2. Our Gaming Programs Staff will respond within 2 business days.
3. Gaming Programs Staff will facilitate your booking request, including scheduling staff, confirming dates/times, and preparing your gaming requests.
4. Once a Group Booking is confirmed, a facility booking contract will be sent.
5. Group Bookings payments must be completed at least two business days prior to the booking event date.
6. All Group Bookings will have a Gaming Programs Staff at your event to support set-up, monitoring, and take-down.

Costs

• Digital Games Den | $78.10 / hour Facility Fee + $20.00 / hour Staffing Fee = $98.10 / hour
• Board Games Den | $78.10 / hour Facility Fee + $20.00 / hour Staffing Fee = $98.10 / hour

Please inquire further if you are a registered SU Student Group or a CCR Club Sports Program.

Capacity

• Digital Games Den | 16 people maximum
• Board Games Den | 12 people + overflow 'break-out' room of 16 people = 28 people maximum
  • No additional charge for use of overflow ' break-out' room

Includes:

• Exclusive facility usage - your booked space will be closed to public use during the booking
• Equipment 
• All group bookings include a Gaming Programs staff member to assist with setup, monitoring, and takedown.
• Maximum participant number is subject to building fire code regulations

Availability

• A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required when requesting a booking — urgent requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Parking is not included in your booking
