Equipment Rentals + Purchases

Campus & Community Recreation strives to support other units on campus also working to promote healthy activities. Check out the wide range of equipment you can rent for your event.

Please note: All equipment must be returned by closing time on the day of rental unless alternate arrangements have been made in writing. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of your ONEcard/VVC membership card account until:

  • You return the equipment OR
  • Pay the fine OR
  • Pay the replacement cost of the equipment.

Sports equipment daily rentals from Van Vliet Complex

Please visit the Customer Service desk (1-241, Van Vliet Complex) to rent.

Climbing equipment rentals + rates

Climbing equipment (shoes, harnesses, etc.) is not included in access fees (including the student’s Athletics and Recreation Fees) but can be rented from the Customer Service desk (1-241, Van Vliet Complex) for an additional charge.

  • Harness for over 14 years old: $5
  • Harness for 13 years old and under: $1
  • Climbing Shoes for over 14 years old: $6.50 
  • Climbing Shoes for 13 years old and under: $3
