Deadline for electronic copy of letters of reference to be received by CRC Coordinator & Advisor.

DRAFT#2: Please update all electronic files (on the Convergence Portal) for second internal review and decision by the President’s Advisory Committee for Senior Academic Appointments (PACSAA). Notify Glen Thomas (crcadmin@ualberta.ca) when files are complete and uploaded.

February 16, 2026

Results of the second internal review by PACSAA returned to applicants.

March 9, 2026

Approved nominations: Please complete any requested revisions to the forms and upload the revised attachments to the Convergence Portal by this date. This is your final copy. Glen Thomas will obtain the Provost's approval on the nominations and prepare them for final submission.

March 18, 2026

CERC Application Deadline: In cooperation with the Provost’s Office, Glen Thomas will submit approved nominations electronically (on the Convergence Portal) to the Secretariat (Ottawa).

January 2027

Results Announced
