3M National Teaching Fellowship

Since 1986, 3M Canada, in conjunction with the Society for Teaching and Leadership in Higher Education, recognizes up to 10 outstanding Canadian university professors. The 3M Teaching Fellowship is Canada's only national, interdisciplinary teaching award, and it recognizes teaching excellence as well as educational leadership.

Killam Annual Professorship

The Killam Annual Professorships were established in July 1991 to acknowledge the
generous Izaak Walton Killam and Dorothy Killam bequest at the 海角社区.
The award is granted to faculty members based on the quality of their scholarly
activities such as teaching, research, publications, creative activities, presented papers,
supervision of graduate and undergraduate students, commitment to Equity, Diversity,
and Inclusion, Indigenous Initiatives, and contributions to the community outside the
university.
