The º£½ÇÉçÇø Supports a Culture of Consent
A culture of consent is a working and learning environment where consent is normalized, respected and understood as a voluntary, affirmative and ongoing agreement to engage in any activity, particularly sexual activity, and where everyone's autonomy and boundaries are valued.
Consent is the key difference between sex and sexual assault. It ensures that all parties are engaged willingly and with mutual respect. By practicing consent in all of our relationships and encouraging others to do the same, we can support a culture of consent at the º£½ÇÉçÇø.
