Non-Cohort Students

This information applies exclusively to students enrolled in the Business Undergraduate Program for the 2025–2026 academic year. This page will be updated for the 2026–2027 academic year by March 2026.

You will be advised by the Business Undergraduate Office if you are a non-cohort student. If you have questions about this, visit our Cohort Program page for more information about cohort criteria.

As a Non-Cohort student, you will have registration access to all core courses.

All course sections have been assigned both cohort seats as well as a limited number of non-cohort seats. The number of seats available to both cohort and non-cohort students will be visible as you register for each course in MyScheduleBuilder in Beartracks.

If you receive the following message when registering in courses, it means that the section is full for non-cohort seats.

"You are unable to enroll in this class at this time. Available seats are reserved, and you do not meet the reserve capacity requirements."

In this case, you will need to register for a different course section of your course.
