Early Admission

If you are currently attending high school, we require copies of the following (depending on the time of year):

  • Final Grade 11 (or equivalent) transcript of grades
  • Grade 12 (or equivalent) transcript of courses and results to date
Final Admission

If you have completed your studies, we require:

  • Official copy of the Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM)
  • Five Subject Requirements - to see specific subject requirements by program visit our program tool

Other common curricula in Malaysia

  • Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)
    • Early admission requires final year first-semester results
    • Applicants should present marks between A1–B4 in required courses to be competitive
  • GCE: A-level
  • International Baccalaureate
  • Australian Matriculation Program
    • Accepted Australian qualifications:
      • ACT Year 12 Certificate
      • NSW Higher School Certificate
      • NT Senior Secondary Certificate
      • QLD Senior Certificate
      • SA Certificate of Education
      • Tasmanian Certificate of Education
      • Victoria Certificate of Education
      • WA Certificate of Secondary Education
    • Competitive applications should present mostly As and Bs (4s and 5s) or their equivalents.
  • Canadian International Matriculation Program (CIMP)
    • Admission offers are based on results from the Ontario Secondary School Diploma

Malaysian curriculum specific notes

  • Post-SPM: Completion of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) alone is not sufficient for admission. Applicants must present additional qualifications such as:
    • Pre-university program (e.g., STPM, UEC or A-Level); or
    • International school curriculum (e.g., IB or ADTP)

American Degree Transfer Program (ADTP)

Applicants from INTI, Sunway or Taylor's applying to these faculties will be evaluated as Transfer applicants and assessed for transfer credit.

Admission will be based on both your ADTP transcript and secondary school results. Applicants should submit transcripts as well as course descriptions for transfer credit evaluation. To be considered competitive for most programs the GPA will be based on ADTP work and should be in the range of from 2.3-3.7, depending on the program.
