The New Career Portal is Live!

Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) is now live! The you know will now be powered by the advanced features of ORC, with a fresh look and enhanced capabilities for applicants and hiring managers. 

As with any major system launch, a period of adjustment is expected. As we stabilize the new Career Portal, timelines for recruitment support may be slightly delayed. Our teams are actively monitoring the system and will prioritize requests in the order they are received. For general inquiries about recruitment or to provide feedback, complete our . 

Employees/Internal Applicants: What You Need to Know 

  • For employees/internal applicants, new job postings and any ongoing postings will be added to the new Career Portal in the coming days.

Hiring Managers & Hiring Team: What You Need to Know

  • Refer to the to help you navigate the new system. Click the Company Single Sign-on button to sign in with your 海角社区 CCID credentials  
  • Information session invites will be sent to hiring managers and hiring teams with active postings to support their current recruitment activities. Information on additional session offerings will follow soon – stay tuned for details!
  • Delegation capabilities are limited at this time - You will be managing your recruitment tasks directly in the new system with support from the Talent Acquisition, Immigration and Records Team (TAIR) team or the HR Partner. 
  • Be mindful that all actions you take in the live Career Portal are tracked and may trigger system-generated notifications which may inadvertently impact candidates and hiring teams. If you are unsure about the impacts of certain actions in the system, work with the Shared Services Talent Acquisition, Immigration, and Records team.
  • As part of the ORC transition,  job postings will  be automatically published and promoted on LinkedIn, our primary advertising source, providing greater visibility and exposure for 海角社区 opportunities to increase your applicant pool. 
  • We’ve updated the Steps for Recruitment webpages to align with the new system and recruitment best practices. Some notable enhancements include:
    • New Google form for job requisitions and recruitment services - Once you are ready to post your open position on the new Career Portal, complete the new Google form. For more information about this step in the recruitment process, refer to the Job Requisition page
    • Centralized applicant tracking system - Candidate information, screening notes, and recruitment-related documentation will be stored in the enhanced Career Portal, eliminating the need for the Google recruitment folder and spreadsheets. The new system’s built-in search, filter, and sort functions will help simplify and streamline applicant screening.
    • Streamlined offer letter process - Request, review, and approve offer letters digitally through the enhanced Career Portal.
