As part of the new NASA Collective Agreement, several changes have been made to Time and Labour processes outlined below. To help you navigate these updates and ensure accurate time entry, refer to the quick reference guides linked below. 

• Standby: New rates have been applied in the system as of June 1, 2025 and are now available for time entry. Refer to the guide. 
• Meal Allowances: Effective July 1, 2025, the new rates and time reporting codes for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner have been updated in the system. Refer to the guide. 
• Weekend Shift Differential​:  A new time reporting code is available for employees working between 12:01 AM Saturday and 11:59 PM Sunday, starting with the July 1–15 pay period. Refer to the guide.

What does this mean for supervisors?

• Shared Services will make adjustments to entries that were impacted by these changes. 
• Send adjustments or entries to the Staff Service Centre for the following codes and time periods:
  • Standby time entries made between May 12 and May 31 
  • Meal Allowance entries made between May 12 and June 30
