The College of Social Sciences and Humanities is pleased to invite faculty researchers from Arts, Education, Law and the Alberta School of Business to participate in a college-wide event to celebrate and showcase their research. By participating, faculty can:

  • Share research → posters and presentations
  • Learn about colleagues’ projects
  • Network within the College
  • Build/foster working relationships beyond the University
  • Demonstrate research excellence and community engagement
  • Educate undergraduate and graduate students interested in Social Sciences and Humanities research
  • Connect with research funders and University grants support staff

There are multiple ways to share your research:

  • A research poster (printing will be provided) or
  • An arts performance (theatre, music, visual arts - approximately 8-15 minutes for live events.) or
  • A research presentation (talk, position paper, reading, tête-à-tête - approximately 8-15 minutes for live events.)

Note: ALL research projects led or co-led by faculty members are welcome and encouraged.

  • Research presentations should identify all research partners – including, where relevant, community research partners/collaborators names, titles, and affiliations.
  • Include any research of your choice from 2020 to present (last five years):
    • Proposed research
    • Research underway
    • Research completed
